Watch Davido’s performance in “Coming 2 America”.

Fans of Nigerian singer Davido were over the moon to see his cameo appearance in ‘Coming 2 America’, which just premiered.  Following the release of the sequel to Eddie Murphy’s 1988’s ‘Coming To America’ on Amazon Prime, Twitter was set agog as fans and viewers alike took to it, to commend the Nigerian-American star on his performance.

In a scene of the movie as Eddie Murphy recapitulates his iconic role as Prince Akeem in the long-awaited sequel, Davido performs his hit song ‘Assurance’ of his ‘A Good time’ album, released in 2019,
