#MGWN2015: Miss Green & White Press Conference

Tuesday 18th August, 2015. The Organizers of MGWN, 2Side Modeling Concepts and BIDO International held its Press Conference for the second edition of Miss Green & White Nigeria 2015.

The Press Conference which was held at The Regent, 25 Ogunnaike Street, GRA, Ikeja-Lagos was attended by members of the Press(Print, TV and Socail media) and also people from all works of life. Among whom are entrepreneurs, Brands/ Companies representatives, young men and women, beauty queens, models etc.

Miss Green and White Nigeria (MGWN) scheduled for October 4th , as part of the activities to commemorate the Nigeria independence, aimed to promote peace and unity and stimulate awareness against violence and apathy towards the oneness of Nigeria particularly among the youths and at the same time celebrating young Nigerian women; presenting them as unique blend of beauty, elegance, intelligence and excellence.

Juliet Geoffery-Porbeni, Initiator of MGWN concept however stressed the need for FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP from Corporate bodies and private well meaning individualds. It was noted that brands and companies who have so far identified with the MGWN pageant have done so having only their brands advertized and given out as gift prizes.

Registration is ongoing. Young girls/Models who are interested in this years’ edition of MGWN must at least posses an SSCE result with good grades.
